Rotate PDFMerge joins documents into one file. Extract creates a file from selected pages; split makes separate documents; remove leaves one document with unwanted pages omitted. Check forms and bookmarks in the result.
Merge PDFCompress a copy and compare size and readability before sending. Text-only or already optimized PDFs may not get smaller. Extract unnecessary pages first if the recipient needs only a short section.
Compress PDFOCR recognizes text in scanned pages; it is different from extracting text already embedded in a PDF. Recognition can make mistakes, so check names, numbers and mixed-language text.
OCR PDFThe workflows linked here are labeled “Runs in your browser”. They read selected files on your device and generate downloads without uploading those selected files to NexKit PDF Tools servers. The site still loads scripts, workers, fonts and, for OCR, language data over the network; it also uses site analytics. File processing and those requests are separate.
Read each tool’s format, file-size and page-count limits before selecting a file. Large scans can exhaust browser memory, especially on mobile. A “Coming soon” entry is not a working tool. Closing the tab ends the current file-processing job; it does not delete your original files, saved downloads, site preferences or analytics cookies.
