What this tool does
NexKit PDF Tools helps you put a PDF back in the right order and remove pages that do not belong before sending, printing, filing, or reviewing it. Each page appears as its own thumbnail, so you can see the document while you rearrange it.
Reordering and deleting are combined into one workflow: drag a page to move it, or use the arrow buttons to move it earlier or later, and use the delete button to remove a page entirely. The output keeps every remaining page exactly as it was, just in the new order you chose.
How to organize a PDF
Open the Organize PDF page and choose a PDF. Once the page thumbnails load, drag a page to a new position, or use the left and right arrow buttons on a page card if you prefer not to drag. Use the delete button on any page card to remove it, and "Restore original order" to put the remaining pages back into their original relative order without undoing deletions.
When the pages are arranged the way you want, save the organized PDF and download it. Review the result before sharing it, especially for documents with bookmarks, forms, or annotations.
Limits and formats
This MVP accepts PDF files up to 50MB and up to 100 pages, so every page can be shown as a thumbnail without overloading the browser. Password-protected PDFs and damaged PDFs are rejected with a clear error.
This first version reorders and deletes existing pages. It does not insert new blank pages, duplicate a page, or combine pages from more than one PDF - use Merge PDF first if you need to combine multiple files.
Privacy and file handling
Supported PDFs are processed locally in your browser. The selected PDF, its page thumbnails, and the organized PDF are not uploaded to NexKit servers for this workflow.
Keep the original PDF until you have reviewed the organized output, especially if the source has forms, bookmarks, or advanced annotations.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I both reorder and delete pages in one pass?
Yes. Dragging pages into a new order and deleting pages you do not want are combined into a single save - you do not need to run the tool twice.
Can I undo a deleted page?
Not directly. "Restore original order" puts the remaining pages back into their original relative order, but it does not bring back a page you deleted. Keep your original file so you can start over if needed.
Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. Supported PDFs are processed locally in your browser. The file is not uploaded to NexKit servers by this tool.
Does it support password-protected PDFs?
No. Password-protected and encrypted PDFs are rejected with a clear error in this MVP.
Can I insert a blank page or duplicate a page?
Not in this MVP. This first version focuses on reordering and deleting the pages that already exist in your PDF.
How many pages can I organize at once?
