How to convert a PDF to Word

Accuracy and limits
This MVP accepts PDF files up to 25MB and up to 200 pages. It extracts and reflows plain text and preserves page breaks between the original PDF's pages, but it does not preserve fonts, colors, images, tables, or exact visual layout from the source PDF.
Scanned or image-only PDFs are rejected with a clear error, since there is no text layer to extract - run OCR PDF first to add a searchable text layer, then convert the result with this tool. Password-protected PDFs and damaged PDFs are also rejected with a clear error.
Privacy and file handling
Supported PDFs are processed locally in your browser, including text extraction and building the .docx file. Your PDF and the resulting Word document are not uploaded to NexKit servers for this workflow.
