What this tool does

This works by reading the presentation's own slide data directly, the same way this project's PDF to Word and PDF to Excel tools read a PDF's own text layer, rather than rendering a screenshot of each slide.
How to convert PowerPoint to PDF
Open the PowerPoint to PDF page and choose a .pptx file. The browser reads each slide's text and draws it into a new PDF, one page per slide, sized to match your presentation's own dimensions.
Download the PDF and review it before sharing - images and shape fills or backgrounds are not included in this MVP.
Accuracy and limits
This MVP accepts .pptx files up to 20MB and presentations with up to 100 slides. Legacy .ppt files are not supported - only the modern .pptx format used by current versions of PowerPoint and compatible editors.
Only slide text is rendered. Images, shape fills, and background colors are not included in this MVP - a slide containing them converts without an error, but those elements simply do not appear in the output PDF.
Privacy and file handling
Supported .pptx files are processed locally in your browser, including reading the presentation and building the PDF. Your file and the resulting PDF are not uploaded to NexKit servers for this workflow.
